This depends on the destination of your sports trip:

• For all sports trips and training camps with a destination in the Republic of Türkiye, your sole Tour Operator and legal contracting party is MAD TURIZM BILISIM ORG. TAS. TIC. LTD. STI. (MAD SPORTS TRAVEL), based in Antalya, Türkiye.
• For all sports trips and training camps with destinations outside of Türkiye, MAD SPORTS GmbH (MAD SPORTS PRO), based in Düsseldorf, Germany, acts as your sole Tour Operator and legal contracting party.

Both companies are legally completely separate legal entities. The respective responsibility for the execution of travel services lies exclusively with the Tour Operator named in the travel contract.

A transmitted offer does not yet constitute a binding acceptance. With the booking request (registration), the traveler or the registering club makes a binding offer to the Tour Operator to conclude the travel contract. The travel contract only comes into effect upon receipt of the written booking confirmation (travel confirmation) from the Tour Operator.

The scope of the contractual services results exclusively from the service description in the official booking confirmation in conjunction with the underlying offer texts. Verbal subsidiary agreements and special requests only develop a legally binding effect if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by the Tour Operator.

The booking person or club is responsible for all contractual obligations of the participants listed in the registration (players, coaches, accompanying persons) as well as for their own obligations, provided they have assumed this obligation through an explicit and separate declaration. The complete passport and name data must be transmitted on time.

When traveling with youth teams, the Tour Operator does not assume the duty of supervision. This remains fully with the supervisors, coaches, or the club's accompanying persons who are authorized legal guardians. It is the responsibility of the travelers to carry legally required declarations of consent from the legal guardians for border crossings.

After the contract is concluded, the traveler can request that a third party enter into the rights and obligations arising from the package travel contract instead of them. The Tour Operator can object to the entry if the third party does not meet essential travel requirements. If substitute persons step in, additional costs (especially rebooking fees from airlines) may arise, which the Tour Operator will pass on as a processing fee.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation and – if applicable – the guarantee certificate, an industry-standard down payment is due. The exact percentage and due date are defined in the booking confirmation.

The final payment must generally be made in full to the Tour Operator's account by a date specified in the invoice and confirmation (e.g., 4 weeks before departure). Payments are only considered made on the day the Tour Operator can freely dispose of the amount.

If the traveler does not make the down payment or the final payment according to the agreed payment due dates, the Tour Operator is entitled to withdraw from the travel contract after issuing a reminder with a deadline, and to charge the traveler with cancellation costs.

Deviations of essential travel services from the agreed content of the travel contract, which become necessary after contract conclusion and were not brought about by the Tour Operator contrary to good faith, are only permitted insofar as the changes are not significant and do not impair the overall design of the sports trip.

If the traveler does not use individual travel services (e.g., planned training sessions, meals, transfers) that were properly offered by the Tour Operator due to premature return, illness, or other compelling reasons, there is no legal right to a pro-rata refund of the travel price.

The distribution of beds (single, double, or triple rooms) is carried out according to the contractually agreed rooming list. Illustrations in offers are exemplary. There is no legal right to a specific location or floor unless this has been expressly guaranteed in writing as part of the contract.

If included in the booked sports package (usually starting from 28 full-paying participants), the hotel provides an equipment or massage room. This is typically a cleared regular hotel room or a conference room that is repurposed for this use. It is not a permanently equipped medical facility.

Travel participants are obliged to respect the respective house rules of the hotel. Hotel management is entitled to demand a reasonable security deposit upon arrival (especially for large groups). Damage caused to the hotel infrastructure will be billed directly to the responsible traveler or club.

The allocation of training times and pitches is carried out by the Tour Operator in direct coordination with the operators of the sports facilities. The Tour Operator is liable for the contractually compliant and proper provision of the booked facility capacity. A binding legal right to exactly desired times of day only exists if these have been fixed in writing in the final travel confirmation.

The final decision on the playability of grass pitches lies with the responsible pitch commission or the groundskeeper of the sports facility, in order to avoid irreparable damage to the infrastructure. In the event of weather-related closures (heavy rain, flooding), the Tour Operator will endeavor to find adequate alternative surfaces (e.g., artificial turf pitches). Natural events constitute force majeure and generally do not justify a claim for a reduction in the travel price.

The organization of test matches and tournaments is a logistical service provided by the Tour Operator and heavily depends on the availability of suitable opponents, official approvals, and regional schedules. The Tour Operator assumes the organizational mediation and pitch reservation, but does not bindingly guarantee a specific opponent or the outcome of a match, unless explicitly and individually contractually assured.

If contractually booked, the Tour Operator coordinates the appointment of local association referees for test matches. Special requests (e.g., FIFA licenses, international referees) require a separate inquiry and may incur additional costs.

The provided training aids (materials of the hotel or the sports complex) are to be handled with care. The booking team is liable for culpably caused loss or willful damage to equipment provided to the team for exclusive use.

Excess baggage and special sports baggage (ball nets, medical boxes, massage tables) must be registered with the airline in advance. The Tour Operator assumes no liability if unregistered equipment is rejected by the airline at the airport due to capacity reasons.

The flight times mentioned in the offer are always non-binding until the final flight tickets are issued. The Tour Operator will inform the customer in good time about the identity of the operating airline. Flight schedule changes by the airline (times, routing, aircraft type) are reserved, provided they are reasonable and do not significantly alter the character of the package tour.

The Tour Operator is not liable for flight delays or cancellations caused by the sole fault of the airline or Force Majeure (e.g., strike, severe weather). Any compensation claims under the EU Flight Compensation Regulation (Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004) must be asserted directly against the operating airline.

Transfers (airport-hotel and hotel-training pitch) are calculated based on the confirmed flight times and training schedules. In the event of unscheduled flight delays, the Tour Operator will reorder the transfer logistics as best as possible. A short-term waiting time at the airport is reasonable.

Booked transfers apply exclusively to the main group at the agreed time. For participants arriving separately, on different days, or on different flights, an individual transfer contract must be concluded, which incurs additional costs.

The traveler can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The timely receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the Tour Operator is decisive. If the traveler withdraws, the Tour Operator loses the claim to the travel price, but is entitled to demand appropriate compensation (cancellation fee).

The exact flat-rate cancellation scales (as a percentage of the travel price) depend on the time of withdrawal and the individual contract conditions of the respective offer. Since sports group trips heavily depend on blocked flight and hotel capacities, high cancellation fees – up to 100% in case of non-appearance (no-show) – may apply in individual cases.

There is no legal entitlement to rebooking (e.g., changes to the travel date, destination, departure airport, or accommodation) after the contract has been concluded. If changes are nevertheless made at the traveler's request, the Tour Operator may charge a rebooking fee as well as any resulting additional tariff costs from the service providers (e.g., the airline).

Participation in training sessions, matches, and tournaments requires adequate health and physical fitness of the athletes. Verifying sports fitness is the sole responsibility of the booking club and the coaches. A corresponding travel health insurance that covers sports injuries is strictly recommended.

The traveler is legally obliged to report any travel defect that arises immediately to the local representation of the Tour Operator and demand a remedy. If the traveler culpably fails to report the defect, a reduction of the travel price according to § 651m BGB does not apply.

If the traveler wishes to terminate the travel contract due to a significant defect, they must first grant the Tour Operator a reasonable period to provide a remedy. This does not apply if the remedy is impossible or is refused by the operator.

The contractual liability of the Tour Operator for damages that are not bodily injuries (life, body, health) and that were not caused culpably (intent or gross negligence) is limited to three times the travel price in accordance with § 651p BGB.

The Tour Operator is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of personal luggage, valuables, or team equipment in hotels, means of transport, or on the sports facilities, unless the damage is attributable to grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the Tour Operator.

The Tour Operator is not liable for performance disruptions, personal injury, and property damage in connection with services that are merely brokered as third-party services (e.g., brokered excursions, theater visits, external sports events), if these services are explicitly and clearly marked as third-party services in the offer.

If the trip is significantly impaired, endangered, or made impossible before the start of the trip by unavoidable, exceptional circumstances (e.g., war, epidemics, significant risks to human health), both parties can withdraw from the contract under the conditions of § 651h BGB.

Group and sports trips are often subject to a calculation based on a minimum number of participants (e.g., for exclusive transfers, pitch rentals). The Tour Operator can withdraw from the contract up to a date specified in the contract prior to departure due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay in this case.

For travel contracts where MAD SPORTS GmbH (Germany) acts as the contracting party, German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for fully qualified merchants, legal entities under public law, or persons without a general place of jurisdiction in Germany is Düsseldorf.

For contracts where MAD TURIZM BILISIM ORG. TAS. TIC. LTD. STI. (Türkiye) is the contractual Tour Operator, substantive Turkish law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from these contracts is Antalya, Türkiye.

The Tour Operator will inform the traveler about general passport and visa requirements prior to the conclusion of the contract. The traveler is personally responsible for obtaining and carrying the officially required travel documents, any necessary vaccinations, and complying with customs regulations.

The personal data transmitted for the booking and execution of the trip (including from passenger lists and rooming lists) are processed strictly confidentially and in compliance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). However, the Tour Operator is neither legally obliged nor voluntarily willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. We resolve all concerns through direct, cooperative dialogue.
